Preserve Your Pumpkins

This post clearly isn’t about how to carve the cutest pumpkins, because well… you can see our skills aren’t up to par in that regard. But even if you have the most jacked up Jack-o-Lantern you still want it to last until Halloween. So this post is all about preserving those masterpieces and keeping out the rot!

Thieves Household Cleaner  is the king of clean, so naturally this would make a great cleanser for your pumpkin pals. Since it is non-toxic, you can have your kiddos help with the task of spraying the pumpkin and it won’t harm them or the flesh of the pumpkin. Add peppermint essential oil (a great anti-fungal) to the THC and top it off with water and you have yourself a pumpkin embalming spray.

Spray the inside and carved areas of the pumpkin regularly to keep it looking beautiful.

*BONUS: This spray can also be used to clean around the house and make everything smell like minty fresh fall!

Happy Halloween! We hope you have so much fun picking out and carving your pumpkins this year
